Clavier-Werke School of Music is hosting a unique performance by Dr. Russell Reed of Debussy’s Douze Etudes. These etudes are rarely performed as a complete set and this event is even more special as it will take place on the 100th anniversary of their publication.
Based in Austin, Texas, pianist, composer and teacher, Dr. Russell Reed has received numerous awards and honors. In May of this year a young Turkish duo won a international four-hands competition in Milan, Italy playing his duo “Little Suite.”
The performance will take place at the University United Methodist Church, 2409 Guadalupe Street, 78705 on June 26th at 2:30pm. All ages are welcome. Admission for this event is free.
