Sign up today for the Spring Voice Workshop!

Our Spring Voice Workshop featuring Page Stephens is coming up on Saturday, April 12th. Follow this link to sign up for a time now!

Page Stephens received her MM from the Butler School of Music at UT Austin in May, 2013, and is currently the Scheduling Coordinator for the music school. Just this February, Page helped plan and run the Menuhin International Violin Competition, hosted by the Butler School of Music in conjunction with Texas Performing Arts.
In addition to her Arts Administration career, she is becoming known locally as a singer in the Austin area, performing chamber works, recitals, and has sung in a number of productions with local grassroots opera organizations. Noteworthy roles and projects include playing Nedda in The Pagliacci Project, which was the very first outreach collaboration between Austin Lyric Opera and the Butler Opera Center, and in 2013, she played the Narrator in the Butler Opera Center’s Les enfants terribles, which was nominated by The Austin Chronicle for Best Opera. She also sang in the Austin Premiere of Steve Reich’s Music for 18 Musicians, the culminating performance in the 2013 Fast Forward Austin Festival.
In addition to these projects, Page has a deep love for singing and studying art songs, and was awarded a full scholarship to attend the Theater of Art Song program at the Vancouver International Song Institute in 2012. When Page is not planning concerts at the Butler School or singing around Austin, she is likely teaching voice in her busy private studio, or working on the Board of Building Empowered Lives through Arts (BELTÁ) to help other artists achieve their goals.
Page received her BA from Duke University, where she studied with renowned Verdi soprano Susan Dunn. She currently studies with Juli Wood here in Austin.

This workshop is exclusively for voice students at Clavier-Werke. The workshop will take place at the Westlake Studios, 1000 Westbank Drive, Suite 6a, 78746.
